Tour Overview
Enjoy a guided behind-the-scenes tour of DOD, featuring our history, batch distilling process, and production space. The experience wraps up with a curated tasting of select spirits, plus a DOD-engraved tasting glass to take home.
Introduction in the Merch Room
- Guests begin in the merchandise room.
- A 5-minute storytelling segment introduces the history and origin of DOD, setting the stage for the experience.
Distillery Walkthrough
- A guided walk to the batch distillery to explore how DOD spirits are made.
- Discussion includes:
- The grain-to-glass process
- The importance of the water profile
- A look at the grain area
- A quick stop in the boiler room
- The tour then moves into the main production space for a closer view of the equipment and craft.
Tasting Experience
- After the tour, guests walk to the tasting area.
- Includes:
- A curated tasting of select spirits
- Discussion of the artwork featured in the space
- Review of bottle design and product information, etc.

- Cost: $20 per person
